My tracking says delivered, but I can't find my package. What should I do?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact support@varlio.org immediately if you need to change or cancel an order.We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if fulfillment has not yet begun. However, orders can move into processing quickly, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

What if my product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Varlio currently ships within the United States and the United Kingdom.

Most orders are estimated to arrive within 4–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information.

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

If your order has not yet entered processing or fulfillment, we’ll do our best to update the address.

Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, we cannot guarantee that its shipping address can be changed or the package redirected.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Tracking information can sometimes take 24–72 hours to update after a shipping label is created or while a package is moving between carriers or facilities.

A temporary lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that your shipment has stopped moving.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request an eligible return.

To qualify for a standard return, the item must be:

Unused and unopened
In its original packaging
Returned with all original accessories, components, manuals, inserts, and materials
In the same condition in which it was received
Suitable for resale

Return authorization is required before sending an item back. Contact support@varlio.org before returning your order.

All returned items are inspected after arrival. Varlio reserves the right to decline a return or refund if the product does not meet the eligibility requirements above.

Products that have been opened, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete may not qualify for a standard refund.

For a standard change-of-mind return, the item must remain unused and unopened and meet all other return eligibility requirements.

Opened or used merchandise generally does not qualify for a standard return because returned products must remain in resalable condition.

If you opened the item because you discovered a defect, damage, or another issue with your order, contact support@varlio.org so our team can review the situation separately.

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by Varlio.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking information until the return has been completed.

If your order arrived incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us before returning anything so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate instructions.

Once your authorized return arrives, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets our return eligibility requirements.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.

If the returned product does not meet our return requirements, Varlio may decline the refund.
